All fully supported through our API layer. This framework lays the groundwork for smarter dispatching, better compliance, and AI-driven decision-making in the future.
Attribute-Based Dispatch Matching
This is an advance feature for fleets with more complex operational needs, extras, features or attributes can optionally be configured as driver or vehicle attributes (e.g. English-speaking driver, non-smoking vehicle, pet-friendly car).When enabled, these attributes can be used to enforce dispatch matching, ensuring only eligible drivers or vehicles are assigned to bookings that require them.

If allowed, drivers can also toggle which features they would like to support.

More Control Where It Matters Most: Operations & Policies
We’ve shipped several enhancements to give operators greater control, clarity, and consistency.
What’s improved
- Default customer and driver cancellation policies
- Vehicle lead-time enhancements with cutoff periods

- Updated minimum fare formula (based on base fare)
- Clearer No-Show and Late Cancel handling:
- Apply a penalty and reassign the trip
- Or penalize and close the trip

- More flexible operator workflows overall
- Booking Adjustments for suppliers/drivers are now based on the effective booking date.
- When editing driver/supplier wallet you can select the effective transaction date when the transaction will apply. This is useful if you want to apply additional fees/pay during the current payout cycle.

These updates reduce disputes, manual handling, and edge cases — especially at scale.
