(“GOJO”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), doing business as Good Journey, collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you access or use our software platform, websites, mobile applications, APIs, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

1. Scope & Roles
GOJO provides a global ground-transportation SaaS platform connecting customers, fleets, suppliers, drivers, and booking channels.
Depending on the context, GOJO acts as:
- Data Controller for platform account, billing, and operational data; and
- Data Processor when processing personal data on behalf of customers and partners using the platform.
In case of any conflict between this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service shall prevail except where applicable data protection law requires otherwise.
This Privacy Policy is subject to the limitations of liability and disclaimers set forth in the Terms of Service.

Location data is used solely to provide transportation services, improve operational accuracy, and enhance safety and service quality.

When participating in the Global Supplier Network, GOJO acts as a technology and payment intermediary and does not control the independent data practices of Network Participants, which remain responsible for their own compliance obligations.

Your data may be processed outside your country of residence. Where required, we use lawful safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses and appropriate security measures.
7. Data Retention
GOJO retains personal data only as long as necessary for service delivery, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and enforcement.

- Billing & Financial Records: up to 12 months
- Completed Booking Data (Operational Records): up to 3 months
- Booking Details & Historical Reports: 12–24 months
- Account & Profile Data: duration of the customer relationship plus a reasonable period thereafter
Data may be anonymized or aggregated when retention periods expire. Backup and archival copies may persist for a limited additional period.

GOJO applies appropriate technical and organizational safeguards, including:
