GSN Network Penalty Schedule

This Network Penalty Schedule forms part of and is incorporated into the
Good Journey Supplier Network (GSN) Policy and the Good Journey Terms of Service.

All penalties apply between participating fleets only (Fleet A and Fleet B).
GOJO acts solely as a technology platform and settlement administrator.

1. Purpose

This Schedule defines standard penalties and service credits applied when service failures, breaches, or disputes occur within the GSN.

Penalties are designed to:

  • protect network reliability,
  • promote service quality,
  • provide predictable enforcement, and
  • ensure fast, automated settlement via the Fleet Wallet & Escrow System.

2. General Rules

  • All penalties are calculated as a percentage of the original network booking price.
  • Penalties are automatically deducted from the responsible party’s Fleet Wallet.
  • Penalties may affect routing priority, job eligibility, trust score, and network status.
  • Repeated violations may result in suspension or termination from GSN.
