Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. You are not locked into a long-term commitment. We offer flexible monthly and annual subscriptions, depending on what suits your business best.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes — you can upgrade or downgrade as your business needs evolve. - Upgrades: Applied immediately, with prorated billing where applicable. - Downgrades: - For monthly plans, cancel the current subscription and select a lower plan once the billing cycle ends. - For annual plans, downgrades can only take effect at the end of the annual term.
How does billing work?
- A one-time setup/licensing fee is charged at the beginning. - Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually, depending on your chosen plan, using the card on file. - Each plan includes a free booking allowance. After that, per-booking transaction fees apply. Please ensure your wallet balance remains positive to avoid interruptions.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. - Monthly plans: continue until the end of the current billing period. - Annual plans: remain active until the end of the annual term. Please note that all payments are non-refundable.
How can I reactivate my service?
Simply select a plan (monthly or annual) and add a valid payment method. Your new billing cycle begins immediately.
