Running a ground transportation business means managing pricing, bookings, drivers, invoices, and distribution partners—often at the same time.
Our latest Good Journey release is designed to reduce that operational workload. We’ve introduced a new pricing engine, faster invoicing tools, more reliable booking automation, expanded API integrations, and a simple new way to connect drivers with passengers.
Introducing Pricing Rules
We’ve rearchitected the way dynamic pricing works in Good Journey, introduced Pricing Rules.

The new engine gives limo, chauffeur, and ground transportation operators a stronger foundation for managing how fares are calculated across their operations.
Whether you’re managing direct customers, corporate accounts, suppliers, or bookings from distribution partners, Pricing Rules makes it easier to keep your pricing strategy organized as your business grows.
The result: more control over pricing and less time spent managing rates manually.
You can configure area based rules, for example Taylor Swift concert, or airport surge during specific peak hours. Example shown below:

Generate invoices automatically—or in bulk
Creating invoices one at a time can quickly become a major administrative burden, especially as booking volume increases.

Good Journey now supports:
- Automatic invoice generation to streamline recurring invoicing workflows. For example for each corporate account, you can configure the invoice frequency, and when invoices are created and due.
- Bulk invoice generation when multiple invoices need to be prepared at once.

These tools help operations and finance teams spend less time creating paperwork and more time managing customers, suppliers, and trips.
Adjust fares and payouts after invoicing
Previously, adding a booking to an invoice locked the customer fare and the driver payout. Even a small correction meant extra admin work.
You can now adjust either amount after invoicing, without reversing the invoice or recreating the booking.

More booking channels, less manual work
Bring more partner bookings directly into Good Journey—helping your team reduce manual entry.
API integrations

More connected channels mean fewer bookings to process manually and one central place to manage your reservations.

For operators receiving bookings from multiple channels, these improvements help keep more reservations flowing into one central system.
Meet Ride Link
Ride Link offers a simple way to connect a driver with a ride.
The process is straightforward:
- Request a ride as usual.
- The driver scans the passenger’s QR code.
- Payment is completed online through a seamless, secure flow.
Ride Link reduces friction at the point of service and gives operators another flexible way to connect passengers, drivers, and payments. This feature is specifically for native customer app.

A refreshed Good Journey website
We’ve also updated the Good Journey website to make it easier to understand what the platform offers and how it supports modern ground transportation businesses.
The refreshed experience provides a clearer view of the tools available for managing bookings, dispatch, drivers, pricing, payments, and integrations.

We can't wait to share what we have been cooking the last few months!
Built for operators who want to scale
Every improvement in this release shares the same goal: helping ground transportation operators spend less time on repetitive administration and more time growing their businesses.
With smarter pricing, automated invoicing, stronger booking integrations, and Ride Link, Good Journey brings more of your operation together in one connected platform.
