This September, we’re excited to roll out a powerful set of updates to the GoodJourney platform — built for airport transfer, limo, taxi, and ride-hailing companies that want to run more efficiently, automate routine tasks, and deliver a smoother passenger experience.

From full Booking.com integration to smarter auto-dispatch logic and new tools for managing incidents and invoices, this release strengthens the core of your operations while setting the stage for growth.

Automatic Flight Updates for Imported & API Bookings

Operators managing airport transfers now save even more time. Flight details are now automatically applied for imported bookings and API-created reservations, ensuring on-time pickups without manual checks.

Dispatching Enhancements

Re-Dispatch and Multi-Trip Flexibility

Trips stay on schedule with automatic re-dispatch if the originally assigned driver doesn’t start on time. This guarantees reliability — especially important for airport transfers and corporate limo services where punctuality is critical.

We’ve also added multi-trip flexibility, allowing drivers to start a new pickup while finishing a drop-off at the same location. This reduces idle time and improves overall fleet efficiency.

Enhanced Auto-Dispatch Rules

We’ve fine-tuned on-demand dispatch with smarter parameters:

  • Consider a driver’s idle time since their last job
  • Reset elapsed time if a driver goes offline
  • Evenly distribute jobs among waiting drivers

Our machine-learning engine now creates a fairer, more balanced system that keeps fleets engaged and utilization high.

Drivers automatically receive their job link by SMS X minutes before pickup time — no manual dispatcher intervention required. SMS delivery is faster and more reliable than email, reducing missed trips.

Booking Adjustments & Invoicing

Invoices can now be generated based on either the pickup date or completed date. This gives operators more accurate financial control and easier reconciliation for corporate accounts.

Intercom Chat Integration

Corporate, Supplier, and Driver Signup Portals now support Intercom Chat plugins. Operators can provide real-time support directly in their portals, reducing wait times and improving communication with partners and drivers.

Full Integration with Booking.com

We’re proud to be the first dispatching system to achieve full end-to-end integration with Booking.com. This milestone ensures a seamless experience for both Booking.com travelers and our supplier partners, reducing manual work and unlocking new revenue opportunities.

New “In-Review” Booking Status

Operators can now flag bookings as In-Review when:

  • The actual fare exceeds the quoted fare (e.g., additional tolls or custom fees).
  • A driver marks a job as an incident during late hours when dispatchers may not be online.

This ensures bookings with anomalies are reviewed by operators before being closed, giving teams more control and protecting billing accuracy.

Booking Confirmation Numbers

For international bookings with names in Korean, Japanese, or Chinese, drivers may have difficulty reading passenger details. Now both driver and passenger receive a short confirmation code for quick and reliable identification.

3rd Party Location Management & Meeting Points

Operators can now set up and manage meeting zones and define custom pickup or drop-off locations. This feature allows you to:

  • Create clear instructions for passengers to follow, making it easier to meet their driver.
  • Auto-detect pickup instructions based on booking data.
  • Add image- or URL-based instructions for richer, more visual guidance.
  • Define custom points of interest for customers to select when map providers don’t have the exact location available.

Minor Enhancements & Speed Improvements

  • New filters and UI clean-ups
  • Supplier payout column added to booking queues
